Exclusive to West Seattle Wellness, this combination of Swedish, deep tissue and acupressure massage techniques promotes circulation, soothes sore muscles and increases flexibility. Joe will customize your session to meet your individual needs.

Mother-to-be Massage
Mothers-to-be have special needs. They require specific massage techniques to relieve lower back pain and discomfort with fluid retention in the legs. The use of a specialized cushion system during this massage ensures your body is fully lifted, cradled and supported while face down – and keeps baby suspended off the table.
